Holtville Middle School Cheer was created in 2008 to serve our campus by involving crowds and creating spirit for Holtville Middle School's newly formed athletic programs. The HMS Squad serves three main purposes: 1) to serve our campus community, 2) to foster love for a responsible and active lifestyle, and 3) to prepare seventh and eighth grade athletes to successfully transition into Holtville High School's highly competitive cheer program upon entering ninth grade. All areas of cheerleading are incorporated into our program: cheering, dancing, stunting, and tumbling.
